
Love having these in the freezer for a fun little treat after dinner or on a hot day.
Ingredients
2 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain or Vanilla, low- or non-fat
4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I like Vital Performance)
Strawberries
Honey (to taste)
Cacao Nibs
Preparation
Pour 2 cups of Greek yogurt into a large mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder and mix thoroughly with the yogurt.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the Greek yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet.
Spread the yogurt mixture into a thin layer on the baking sheet.
Slice strawberries thinly.
Top yogurt with sliced berries.
Drizzle honey and sprinkle cacao nibs on top.
Freeze for 2-4 hours.
