Frozen Greek Yogurt Treats

Love having these in the freezer for a fun little treat after dinner or on a hot day.

Ingredients

2 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain or Vanilla, low- or non-fat

4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I like Vital Performance)

Strawberries

Honey (to taste)

Cacao Nibs

Preparation

  1. Pour 2 cups of Greek yogurt into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the vanilla protein powder and mix thoroughly with the yogurt.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the Greek yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet.

  5. Spread the yogurt mixture into a thin layer on the baking sheet.

  6. Slice strawberries thinly.

  7. Top yogurt with sliced berries.

  8. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cacao nibs on top.

  9. Freeze for 2-4 hours.
