A favorite in our house, I make this at least three times a week and just rotate the berries and use whatever I have on hand. Perfect to start the day or for a post workout snack!
Ingredients
1 Banana
1/2 cup Berries (any)
1 TB Flax Meal
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I like Vital Performance)
3/4 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1-2 Handfuls Ice
Preparation
Blend banana and berries.
Add almond milk, vanilla protein powder and flax meal and blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend for the consistency you like.
Top with hemp seeds or cacao nibs and enjoy!
