I love coffee and it’s even better when it’s in a smoothie!
Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I like Vital Performance)
1 scoop Strong Instant Coffee
1 small Banana
3/4 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1 TB Almond Butter, Creamy
1 TB Flax Meal
1 cup Ice
Preparation
Blend banana, almond milk, Strong instant coffee, and vanilla protein powder.
Add almond butter, flax meal and ice and blend well.
Top with whipped cream or cacao nibs for a tasty treat!
