
We all anxiously await the date for all things pumpkin to drop and almost as soon as it’s released into the stores, POOF! It’s gone! But if you’re like me you’re not ready to say goodbye so why not have pumpkin anytime you like? I love this pumpkin smoothie literally anytime of the year!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 TB Almond Butter, Creamy
3/4 cup Almond Milk (Vanilla or Plain, Unsweetened)
1 Banana
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I like Vital Performance)
1-2 Handfuls Ice
Preparation
Blend banana, pumpkin puree and vanilla protein powder.
Add almond milk, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice and blend again.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
Top with a little bit of cinnamon and enjoy!
