Ingredients
1 Banana
3/4 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Plain or Vanilla
2 TB PB FIT
2 scoops Protein Powder, Chocolate or Vanilla (I like Vital Performance)
1 TB Flax Meal
1-2 Handfuls Ice
Preparation
Add banana, unsweetened almond milk, PB FIT powder, vanilla or chocolate protein powder and flax meal to a blender.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
