Jen Sincero

I looooove Jen Sincero and the way she writes. Reading her books (I've read all of her Badass Books) feels like you're sitting down across from her having a heart to heart over a cup of coffee. This F-bomb dropping badass is a no B.S kind of lady and says it like it is. In her book Badass Habits she provides a mantra building worksheet along with a ton of other prompts to work thru some of your old patterns so you can create awareness to the behaviors that have kept you stuck. She also provides a 21-day habit building, boundary creating routine that is crazy simple to follow! Super easy read and very straight forward, her approach is simple and to the point and it feels like Jen is right by your side cheerleading you the whole way. If you're looking for a more nitty gritty, deep dive into habit building though, I would recommend also reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. Jen's Badass Habits book is like an awesome refresher course once you've done the bigger/deeper work in Atomic Habits.
